He is survived by: his wife Cindy Loga Fontenot of Pine Prairie; his children, Tony Fontenot of Oakdale, Brittany Fontenot of Oberlin and Brandi Middleton (Joel) of Oakdale; his mother Irene Fontenot of Ville Platte; his siblings, Kim Fontenot (Ronnie) of Jacksonville, Chris Fontenot (Holly) of Moss Bluff, Phyllis Davenport (Al) of Tyler and Charlene Wisher (Danny) of Natchitoches; and his grandchildren, David Landry, Gabriel Middleton, Zoe Middleton, Kaison Middleton and Laylee Middleton.
