He is survived by: his wife Donna Welch; his children, Todd Welch (Cindy) of Pine Prairie, Phillip Welch (Wendy) of Pine Prairie and Layna Bruney (Shon) of Pine Prairie; his brothers, Charles Welch (Lavon) of Kentwood, Billy Welch (Marilyn) of Cypress Community, Bobby Welch of Cypress Community and Wayne McMillan (Renetta) of Pine Prairie; and his grandchildren, Cassie Welch, Madison Welch, Wyatt Welch, Sami Jo Welch, Grant Welch, Aiden Bruney and Audi Bruney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
