He is survived by: his son Elvon "Rusty" Vidrine, Jr. (Beverly) of League City, TX; his brother Nick Vidrine of Mamou; his granddaughter Jamie Marie Hasselmeier (David) of Friendswood, TX; and his great grandchildren, Carter Daryl Ethington and Dylan Marie Hasselmeier.
