He is survived by: his wife Sharon McDaniel Capdau; his children, Marla Hudson (John), Karen Bornes of Huntsville, TX, Casey Watts (Jeff) of Central, LA, John Capdau Jr. of Woodland Park, CO and Alan "Bo" Capdau (Dana) of Sugar Land, TX; his stepchildren, Shane Slay (Stacey) of Amite, LA and Shannon Kennedy (Horace "Bubba") of Kiln, MS; and his grandchildren, Christopher Drake, Matthew Hudson, Katherine D'Amico, Andrew Hudson, Mary Beth Baldwin, Jeana Allen, Douglas Watts, Kai Capdau, Branch Capdau, Mitch Capdau, Michelle Capdau, Conner Capdau, Felicia Capdau, Dale Slay, Vivian Slay and Shianne Kennedy. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
