She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Newel Lucas and Tressie Lucas (Marshall); her husband Jimmy Evans; her daughter Melinda Mabile (Carroll) of Pierre Part, LA; her daughter-in-law Jan Bowen; her sister Christie Barnett (Finley) of Merkel; her grandsons, Eric Dye (Tia), Steven Dye, Ricky Dye, Jimmy Bowen (Maria) and Brock Bowen; her pet Sammi; her son Craig Bowen; her sister-in-law Sarah Lucas; and her brother Billy Newell Lucas. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
