He is survived by: his wife Theresa C. Smith; his daughter Jeanne Smith Stiles; his son-in-law Wade D. Stiles; his grandchildren, Michael S. Smith, Jordan S. Smith, Nicholas A. Smith and Preston C. Stiles; and his brothers, Harry J. Smith and Richard F. Smith.
