He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Don Eisenman, Sr.; his brother Kirk Eisenman; and his father-in-law Leonard (Landry). He is survived by: his wife Arleen Landry Eisenman; his mother Loviner "Lou" Eisenman; his mother-in-law Telezia Landry; his daughters, Kayla and Carly; his stepdaughter Jolie Guercio; his granddaughters, Gabrielle and Lily Daspit; and his siblings, Brian (Lisa), Donny Eisenman (Chantell) and Susan Kim Riggins (Patrick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
