He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bull Portera; his former wife Jacqueline Schoen Christen; his daughters, Stephanie Portera Fos and Chantel Portera Nunez; his stepsons, Christopher Robin Heath and Curtis Blaine Heath; his grandchildren, Kirk Vincent Nunez, Michael Joseph Fos II, Logan James Fos, Emma Riley Heath, Kaitlyn Ann Heath, Christopher Ryan Heath and Letti Jane Heath; his great grandchild Roman Russell Nunez; and his siblings, Kathleen Portera Schaeffer, Tony Joseph Portera, Tina Portera Lloyd and Jodi Portera Bergeron. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
