It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Johnson of Pearl River, Louisiana, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dwight Curtice Munday; her parents, Myrtle Hefner and Albert Hefner; her daughter Cindy Lee Munday; her grandson Christopher Polk; and her siblings, Pete Hefner (Nelly), Lester Hefner, David Hefner and Pauline Turner (Powell).

She is survived by: her daughters, Deanna Sue Cottingham (Mike) and Lisa Munday Polk (Scott); her sisters, Mary Johnson, Alice Whitner (Norman), Frankie Abney, Frances and Ann Mauney; and her grandson Alexander Songy.
