He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Cusimano; his children, Toni Cusimano, Denise Cusimano Eslick, Sarah Cusimano-Neal (Vito), Michael Cusimano and Matthew Cusimano (Gabriell); his grandchildren, Brent, Bonnie, Coby, Marie, Staci, Brett, Brandon, Gianna, Vito and Killian; and his siblings, Jo Ann Pooley, Judith Doucette, Janine Gares and Donald Cusimano.
