He is survived by: his wife Julia Ramos Kramer; his daughter Kelly Kramer DeHarde; his granddaughter Kallie Elise DeHarde; his brother Gary Kramer (Donna); and his nieces and nephews, Chad, Douglas, Lance and Red.
