He was predeceased by: his parents, Bayard Bingham and Barbara Harvard Bingham; and his siblings, Michael Wayne Bingham, Mark Timothy Bingham and Marla Lee Bingham.
He is survived by: his children, Maxwell Bayard Bingham Sr. (Lauren) of Mandeville, Alexis Jo Bingham of Pearl River and Amanda Marie Bingham of Pearl River; his siblings, Mitch Bingham of Pearl River and Margie Bingham Gough of Orange Beach, Ala.; and his grandchildren, Jordan Lee Boudreaux, Aaliyah Diamond Boudreaux and Noah James Bingham. He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
