She was predeceased by: her parents, Eusebe Augustine Hernandez and Hanora Victorine Picou Hernandez; and her brothers, Douglas James Hernandez, Sr., Earl Paul Hernandez, Sr. (Marlene) and Ronald John Hernandez (late Sandra).
She is survived by: her grandchild Chris Joseph Luts; her great grandchild Kaitlyn A. Luts; her grandchildren, Donni Elizabeth Halvorson (Mikel) and Alexandra M. Ward; and her sister Ethel Marie Hernandez Winterstein (late Phillip). She is also survived by three children.
