He is survived by: his wife Enid Palmer; his children, Candi Fricke (Leo), Matthew Palmer (Joni Burge), Eric Bennett, Betsy Leake and Leroy Palmer Jr.; his stepchildren, Jana Stauter (Andy), Danelle Baird (J. B.) and Paul S. Sehlinger IV (Rachel); his grandchildren, Dennis LaBruzza, David LaBruzza, Jamie Sumpter, Tyler Fricke, Elizabeth Palmer, Blake Palmer, Austin Bennett, Heather Bennett, Cody Leake, Alexus Leake, Austin Sehlinger, Savanah Baird, Noah Baird, Ava "Smiley" Stauter, Zachary Sehlinger, Rebecca Sehlinger and Mackenzie Baird; and his sister Ethel Gayle Palmer Crawford. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation (adhering to social distancing guidelines) on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 9:00 a. m. to 11:00 a. m. at Audubon Funeral Home in Slidell, Louisiana.
