He is survived by: his wife Trish; his grandson Jon III; his children, Jon IV (Kati), Dylan, Erin, Jason, Carlton, Austin, Sheridan and Joshua; his grandchildren, Damien, Christopher and Trish; his son Brady; his grandchild Cadence; his great grandchildren, Kolby and Kenlie; and his siblings, John L (Lana), James, Kathy (Wesley), Henrietta and Millie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members, and life long friends.
