He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Susan Downey Bell (Skeeter), Lynn Downey, Karen Downey Smith and Janet Downey; and his sister Margaret Thomascine Downey Peterson of Crystal Springs, MS. He was also cherished by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
