Leake; his son Joe "Casey" Leake, III (Allison); his stepchildren, Calvin "Stewart" Cage, Jr. (Lori) and Stephanie Danielle Cage Martin (Chad); his sister Betty Sue Leake Balliet; his grandchildren, C. J. Cage, Jason "Joey" Dunn, Easton and Harper Faye Leake; and his uncle R. C. Simmons (Virginia). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
