With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Golda Axen Buras of Pearl River, Louisiana, born in Bogalusa, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Rose Marie Casanova Copous. She is survived by: her husband Noel H. Buras, Jr.; her children, Noel H. Buras, III (Bessy) and Heidi Buras Palmeri (Bruce); and her grandchildren, Jonathon Buras (Ali), Amy Palmeri James (Steven), Kaylie Buras, Thomas Palmeri (Courtney), Taylor Buras Rodriguez (J. J.), James Palmeri (Meagan), Juliane Buras, Eugene Molinary and Casey Molinary (Raquel). She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
