He was predeceased by: his wife Marylyn Ackoury Agerton; his sister Thelma Lee Koch; and his parents, Lee Sr. Agerton and Thelma Darsey Agerton. He is survived by: his children, Ernest Lee Agerton III (Kimberly) of Memphis, TN, Adele Agerton Coll (George) of Hattiesburg, MS, Aime Agerton Gerald (Keith) of Hattiesburg, MS and Michael Emile Agerton of Pensacola, FL.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
