She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Hirstius Sr. and Angele Faget; her brother George Hirstius II; her husband Stephen A. Venturella; her children, Leigh Venturella Gutierrez and Loren Venturella Des Ormeaux (Ryan); her grandchildren, Marielle Gutierrez, Hunter, Ryder, Lainie and Luke Des Ormeaux; and her godmother Marcella Elizabeth Lukens.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Wagner (Steve), Diann Hirstius and Chet Hirstius; and her goddaughter Michelle Hirstius. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Audubon Funeral Home & Cremation Services (61101 US-11, Slidell, LA 70458). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
