He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Gernon, Sr. and Mary Emma Harvey Gernon; and his sisters, Mary Kathleen Gernon Catalanotto, Elizabeth Ann Gernon Abel and Olive Mae Gernon Soulant.
He is survived by: his son Clarke J. Gernon, Jr. (Robin Keegan); his granddaughter Lilian M. Gernon (Trevor Munn); his great grandchild Bennett J. Munn; and his brother Edward J.'Jim'Gernon, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
