She is survived by: her daughter Olivia Loupe; her mother Sandra Stubbs Jacob; her siblings, Vincent Jacob (Mira), Deborah Jacob Treadaway (late Glenn) and Kelli Jacob-Melady (Thomas); and her caregiver Dennis Loupe. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
