It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Bourgeois of Paulina, Louisiana, born in Lutcher, Louisiana, who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Oliver "Poochie" Bourgeois, Jr.; his grandparents, Oliver, Thelma Bourgeois, Laury and Florence St. Pierre; his father-in-law Flavious Meades, Jr.; and his uncles, Gary St. Pierre and Ray St. Pierre.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Meades Bourgeois; his children, Nicholas Bourgeois, Erica Bourgeois (Mike), Jenna Bourgeois (Tyler) and Amber Bourgeois (William); his grandchildren, Cecilia Beech, Koi Kinler, Nathan Boudreaux and Teigan Ast; his mother Brenda St. Pierre Bourgeois; his siblings, Cathy "LaLa" Bourgeois, Jimmy Bourgeois (Debbie), Barry Bourgeois, Danny Joe Bourgeois (Laurie) and Corey Bourgeois (Tanya); his mother-in-law Marie Meades; and his siblings-in-law, Wanda Dauzat (Steve) and Flavious "Boo" Meades III (Marlene). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made to Rose Lynn Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
