He is survived by: his wife Catherine Louque Pelham; his daughter Deania St. Martin Truesdale; his son-in-law John Long; his sister Sandra Steele (Freddie); his siblings-in-law, Florence Pelham and Curtis Green; and his grandchildren, Joseph Meyers (Mary Ann), Warren St. Martin III, Trista Manuel, Greg Manuel, Jr., Johnathon Manuel and David Manuel. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
