It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Charles of Paulina, Louisiana, born in Lutcher, Louisiana, who passed away on September 25, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Marsha Waguespack (Jody), Linda Taylor (Howard) and Shirley Rouillier; and his nieces and nephews, Trey, Bill, Kim Rouillier, Brittany, Casey, Tracy Waguespack, Jessica, Kelly Rouillier and Matthew Mosley.
