With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Aucoin of Patterson, Louisiana, born in Morgan City, Louisiana, who passed away on January 5, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Telesphore Adam Deslatte and Ella T. Grow Deslatte; her husband August; her granddaughter Dawn Bernard Price; her son-in-law Jerry LeBlanc; and her brothers, Harold Deslatte, Joseph Deslatte, Allen "Shine" Deslatte, Roland Deslatte and Harry Deslatte.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Bourgeois (Mike) of Berwick, Judy Alfred (Kenny) of Bayou Vista, Eric Aucoin of Lake Charles, Kerry Aucoin (Dianne) of Donner and Iris LeBlanc of Gibson; her grandchildren, Michele Alfred, Kenneth "Butch" Alfred, Jacob Alfred (Tiffany), Jason Aucoin, Jordan Aucoin, Alicia Aucoin Vasquez, Jonathan Aucoin (Julie), Lacey Gautreaux (Jamie), Jerry "Trey" LeBlanc and Adam LeBlanc (Randi); and her sister-in-law Carmen Deslatte of Donner. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
