She is survived by: her mother Sharon Eubanks; her daughter Scotlyn McGuerty; her siblings, Marc Peacock and Lynn Sams; her niece Kate; her nephew Jake Sams; and her close friends, April Blanchard, Robin Myers, Heather Fine, Mark Lopez, Layla Lopez and Liam Lopez. She is also survived by her family and friends.
