It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Luby Dauzat Grimball of Patterson, Louisiana, born in Marksville, Louisiana, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Dauzat and Ruby Bordelon Dauzat; her husband Bobbie Ray Grimball; her son-in-law Randy Primeaux; her grandson Ross Grimball; and her sister Linda Reynolds.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Grimball (Kim) of Lafayette, Keith Grimball (Michelle) of Patterson, Kathy Primeaux-Carlin (Woody) of Bayou Vista, Connie Thomas (Billy) of Berwick and Peggy Grimball of Berwick; her grandchildren, Tara Boudreaux (Jimmy) of Youngsville, Lindsey Foley (Zane) of Lafayette, Clint Cortez (Paola) of Sarasota, Jeremy Hancox (Crystal) of Broussard, Bill Thomas (Amy) of Franklin, Bridgette Taylor (Gary) of Patterson and Louis A. Gaspard Jr. (Lauren) of New Iberia; her great grandchildren, Chloe Cortez, Dalton Cortez, Emery Hancox, Daxton Hancox, Addison Thomas, Kennedy Thomas, Lainey Taylor, Ayden Taylor, Caleb Boudreaux, Zane Foley, Louis Gaspard III, Levi Gaspard and Leah Gaspard; her sister Lorraine Cole (Leonard) of Thibodaux; her brother-in-law John Reynolds of Houma; and her close friend Patrick Vidrine of Patterson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
