He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Griffin, Jr. and Marjorie Gray Griffin; his siblings, Harry Lee Griffin, Nathan Griffin, III, Roxie Ann Dugar and Clarence Griffin; his niece Crystal Dugar; his great-niece Sharday Dugar; and his great-nephew Derrick Dugar.
He is survived by: his close friend Vanessa Calais of Patterson, Louisiana; his children, Larry Griffin, Jr. of Morgan City, Ja'Harry'us Griffin of Patterson, Louisiana and Makiyla Griffin of Patterson, Louisiana; his sister Patricia Bennett (Ronald) of Patterson, Louisiana; his grandson Larry Griffin, III of Patterson, Louisiana; his brother Clifton Williams; and his close friends, Jonathan "Tony" Smith and Jonathan Brown.
