He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie DeHart Houghton; his children, James "Jamie" Loren Houghton (Jenny), Troy David Houghton (Anne), Reba Diane Houghton (Mark) and Stephanie Renee McCrory (Billy); his sisters, Irene Smith, Loraine Fields, Hellen Traxler and Nell Norwood (Richard); his grandchildren, Trent Houghton (Nikki), Shelby Dore' (Kevin), Olivia Gray, Trace Burke, Cullen Houghton, Rylee Houghton, Wayne McCrory and Ashley Houghton; his great grandchild Noah Buford; and his grandchildren, James McBay and Brittany McBay.
