She was loved and cherished by many people including: her nephew Terrence "Terry" Lane of Breaux Bridge, LA; her great-nephew Derek Lane of Dallas, TX; her godchildren, Tamara Young, Donald Dangerfield and Verna Sharese Allen; her parents, Carrie Jackson Harris and Earnest Harris; her sister Dorothy Mae Berry Lane; her cousins, Emelda Buggage and Stephanie Bickham; her friend Edwina Nelson Thomas; and her goddaughter Kimberly Marshall.
