He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Allen "Chuck" Budden and Rita Budden; his sister Edith Mae Budden Wartelle; and his brother-in-law L. W. Allegood (Johnny Wright). He is survived by: his wife Eldine; his sons, Shawn (Jaime) and Casey (Tisha); his grandchildren, Shelby Avila (Johnathan), Hunter Budden, Mya Budden, Reagan Budden and Aja Budden; his great grandchildren, Ethan Caballero, Karson Caballero and Lori-Anne Avila; his sisters, Laura Budden Allegood and Bertha Budden Reed; his brother-in-law Kenny Reed; his brother Guyton Budden; and his siblings-in-law, Vernita Budden and Phil Wartelle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
