We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2020, at the age of 85, Josephine Lorena Nicholson (Palmetto, Louisiana), born in Melville, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Lorena and Frances Ropollo; her daughter Beverly Vidrine; her brother Tony Lorena; her sisters-in-law, Mary Lorena Maddie and Lena Lorena Wagner; and her son-in-law David Brown.
She is survived by: her children, James Vidrine (Laura "Opie") of Brusly, Ray Vidrine (Trudy) of Springhill, Kirby Vidrine (Darlene) of Palmetto, Beth Vidrine Brown of Palmetto and Betty Vidrine Sanders (Kenneth) of Arnaudville. She is also survived by six children, twenty-six grandchildren; and thirty-two great grandchildren.
Due to the restrictions of the current COVID-19 pandemic limiting gatherings to 10 or fewer family members, a private service will be held for immediate family only.
