He is survived by: his wife Mercedes J. Brown of Palmetto, LA; his children, Michael Brown (Vera) of Port Arthur, TX, Carl Brown of Port Arthur, TX, Randy Brown (Jessica) of Eunice, LA and Annette Brown of Palmetto, LA; and his siblings, Herschel Brown of Dallas, TX and Georgia Fields of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
