He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Clark, Sr. and Lee Ella Griffin Clark; and his brother Theodore Clark, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Joshua Clark (Wilda), Jesse Clark (Debra), Jeffery Clark, Gloria Jean Jones (Lonnie), Jean Ella Clark, Bernadine Ledet (Joseph), Joyce Ledet, Lee Bertha Vallier (David) and Gertie Mae Romar (Kenneth). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
