He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemonce and Ivory Mills, Sr.; and his son Patrick Mills. He is survived by: his children, Leshawn, Marcel, Reginald, Fabian, Jason, Derrick Mills, Marlene Mills and Earthala Slugher (Jimmie). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
