He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Evelyn and Alvin Patterson, Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Dorothy and Edwin Myles. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Myles Patterson; his son Neville Patterson (Gina); his siblings, Stanley Eugene Patterson, Kevin Gregory Patterson, Patricia Ann Jacobs and LaNore Patterson; his aunt Neomie Plank; and his uncles, Harold Patterson (Shirley) and Robert Patterson (Joyce). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greater Israel Baptist Church (7076 LA-308, Belle Rose, LA 70341).
