He is survived by: his sons, Billy Scarbrock (Stephanie) of Otis, Wallace Scarbrock, Jr. of Otis and Michael Scarbrock (Amanda) of Otis; his sister Blanche Slater of Colfax; his grandchildren, Eric Scarbrock and Shawn Scarbrock; and his great grandchild Breagha Scarbrock.
