He is survived by: his wife Cathy Townley of Otis; his children, Yancy Townley (Jeana) of Boyce, Mandie Haggart (Russell) of Cheneyville and Tiffany Townley of Alexandria; his siblings, Steven Townley (Donna) of Pineville, Billy Townley (Kim) of Alexandria, Denise Cobb (John) of Pineville and Patricia West (Eric) of Bossier City; his grandchildren, Brannon Haggart, Laiken Haggart, Ethan Guillory, Amber Munn, Madelyn Townley, Emma Austin and Zack Townley; and his great grandchild Riley Haggart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
