He is survived by: his children, Willie Fontenot, III (Jennifer) of Colorado, Jamarcus Williams (Courtney) of San Antonio, TX, Brandon Broussard of Garland, TX, Wilisha Fontenot (Dequincy) of Opelousas, LA and Melvalena Lawrence of California; his stepchildren, Destiny of Opelousas, LA, Erick of Opelousas, LA, Dillan of Opelousas, LA and Elijah Barnaba of Opelousas, LA; his sisters, Cynthia R. Coleman (Reuben) and Antoinette F. Boutte (Jeffery) of Opelousas, LA; his close friend Shirley Hill of Opelousas, LA; his brother Kerman Richard, Jr. of Lawtell, LA; and his grandchildren, Darrion, Day'Jon, Mycheal, Katerikka, Christian, Emily, Jaron, Kailehi, Daylon, Roslyn, De'Waun, Dream, Ainsley and De'Nae.
