It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vertina Marie Frank (Opelousas, Louisiana), who passed away on June 22, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rougeau and Elizabeth Marie Guidry Rougeau; her daughter Verchell Renee Frank; her siblings, Audrey Papillion, Wille Mae Fontenot, Jim, John, Napoleon, Yoland and William Rougeau, Jr.; and her brother-in-law John L. Fontenot.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Frank, Sr. of Opelousas, LA; her children, Kenneth Moses Frank, Jr. (Angelita) of Lawtell, LA, Jevin Allen Frank (Jaqutia) of Opelousas, LA and Ariel Marie Frank Johnson (Louis) of Opelousas, LA; her sisters, Margaret Fontenot of Kinder, LA and Enolia Miller of Baton Rouge, LA; her grandchildren, Ava Marie, Asia, Jevin, Jr. and Arianna; her siblings-in-law, Curley, Wallace, Paul Frank, Virginia Frank, Agnes Frank, Juanita Gradney, Lena Joseph, Ezola Green, Joyce Jones, Shirley Thierry, Gladys Guillory, Leona Bellard, Mildred Jack, Peggy Thomas and Florella Guillory; her close friends, Linda Ledee Standberry and Patsy Jenkins Lardon; and her godsons, Roy Standberry and Lance Bellard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
