She was predeceased by: her husband Aaron Joseph Richard; her parents, Alex Beaumery and Idea Arceneaux Beaumery; her sister Elsie B. Guillory; her son-in-law Clarence Edward Schlomer; her grandson-in-law Brad J. Marks; and her nephews, Ray E. Guillory, Jr. and Craig S. Guillory.

She is survived by: her children, David W. Richard (Rhonda) and Cheryl Richard Schlomer; and her grandchildren, Brandi R. Marks and Aaron D. Richard (Aric).
