He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann King of Opelousas, LA; his brother Wayne Joseph Lewis (Marnell) of Centerville, LA; his nephew Wayne Joseph Lewis, Jr.; his niece Shietta Hooper; his godchildren, Jaela Matthews and Amauri Matthews; and his aunts and uncles, Joseph Hockless (Mary) of New Iberia, LA, Carnell Nezat of New Iberia, LA, James Collins of Florida, Willie Collins of Opelousas, LA, Willis Collins (Carolyn) of Sunset, LA, Albertha Matthews of Opelousas, LA, Joyce Carmouche (Donald) of Opelousas, LA, Dorothy Morris (Carl) of Opelousas, LA and Irma Francis of New Iberia, LA.
