She is survived by: her children, Trish, Terri and Kris Kirkpatrick; her grandchildren, Krisi Carriere-Moran (Ricky), Johnny Carriere Jr. (Kelli), Derrick Carriere Sr. (Kristi), Angelique Midkiff, Aleisha Midkiff, Jordyn Kirkpatrick and Landon Kirkpatrick; her great grandchildren, Carsyn (Brittany), Connolly, Carlyle, Derrick II, Eli, Johnny III, Sebastian, Adelynn, Caroline, Ayden, Lincoln, Ayva, Drew and Wiley; her sister-in-law Mary Frances Richard; her nephew Briar Richard (family: Allison, Coen, Drew); her sister-in-law Etta Oberhoff; her aunt Joycelyn Soileau; her cousin Gloria Devalcourt; and her close friends, Tanya Reed, Brooks LaCombe, Kat Labbe and Debbie Deshotels.
