He is survived by: his parents, Theodore Guillory, Jr. and Phyllis Guillory of Opelousas, LA; and his siblings, Travis Brian Guillory (Jakerri) of Lafayette, LA, Myra Mariko Guillory of Opelousas, LA and Pamela Guillory of Lawtell, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
