She was predeceased by: her husband Dudley Macip; her parents, Zannie Leger and Eve Thibodeaux Leger; her son Glenn Macip; her siblings, Leonce Leger, Joseph Nolton Leger and Leonie Jane Leger; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Macip.
She is survived by: her son Marvin Macip (Pam) of Opelousas; her siblings, Reverend Austin Leger of Opelousas, Velma Doucet of Eunice and Orphise Young of Eunice; her grandchildren, Stacey Macip M. D. (John Caraway) of Ruston and Rachel Junot (Cody) of Lafayette; her stepgrandchildren, Laura Martien of Jackson Hole, WY, James Martien (Nicole) of Erath and Seth Martien (Michel) of Lafayette; and also, Reverend Austin Leger and Monsignor Keith DeRouen. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
