She is survived by: her spouse Robert Gauthier of Opelousas, LA; her children, Thileasea Gauthier of Port Allen, LA, Delisa Sam (Shannon) of Carencro, LA and Kurt Lewis of Opelousas, LA; her grandchildren, Aubree Sam, Austin Sam and Caleb Green; her siblings, Paul Lewis, Jr. (Mary) of Opelousas, LA, Janice Smith (Steve) of Opelousas, LA, Carla Jackson (Rodney) of Grambling, LA, Ophelia Johnson (James) of Ladson, SC, Katherine Albert (James) of Opelousas, LA and Jacqueline Frenzley of Fredericksburg, VA; and her goddaughter Kimberly Bibbins of Youngsville, LA.
