Sam of Ville Platte, LA; his children, Steven J. Sam, Jr. and Daniella L. Sam; his stepdaughter Aliyah Ferguson; and his siblings, Marion Sam, Jr., Lucinda Etienne and Cabrina Keys. He is also survived by other relatives and special friends.
