He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Young and Monique James of Rochester; his siblings, Julia Dupree (Donald) of Opelousas, LA, Linda Faye Horton of Houston, TX, Dianne Young Farahat of New Orleans, LA. and Alton Young (Darlene) of Palmetto, LA; his great-aunt Lorita Shillow of Mamou, LA; and his aunts, Gennieve Richard of Houston, TX and Mary Jean Bilberry of Houston, TX.
