It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sibyl Goss Meche (Opelousas, Louisiana), who passed away on February 20, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Goss and Elina Goss; her husband Jospeh C. Meche; her sons, Michael Meche and Vincent Meche; her son-in-law Donald Hebert; and her grandson Colby Soileau.
She is survived by: her children, Albert Meche (Lisa, Danny Meche) of Opelousas, Deena Hebert (Earl Courville) of Opelousas and Darla Soileau (Dwayne) of Opelousas; and her grandchildren, Christopher Hebert, Ashly Hebert, Nicholas Hebert, Bradley Hebert, Brodie Meche, Matthew Meche, Ressa Bazar, Michon Delahoussaye, Rico Meche and Olivia Soileau. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
